How you'll make an impact: • Key SME (Subject Matter Expert) with in-depth knowledge and technical proficiency in asset management, maintenance of HVAC systems and compressed Air systems, and manufacturing support activities. • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance, Facilities maintenance request, unscheduled maintenance, and routine Facilities technical work in a timely manner. Document all work performed following plant SOPs and processes in a compliant manner. Escalates any issues found during maintenance to supervisor in a timely manner. • Manage all aspects of project management, using such tools as Microsoft Project, Clarizen, etc., to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion, including interfacing with all parties, allocating resources, negotiating competing priorities, mediating conflicting objectives, and escalating issues as needed for resolution • Collaborate and own systemic root cause investigations for CAPAs. • Review documentation and take appropriate actions to ensure that information is appropriately catalogued and follow through to validation and qualification of equipment, including transferring information to appropriate locations, e.g., ECRs, SOPs, drawings, and tooling, for Engineering approval •Check for failures in equipment and perform or lead, as applicable, corrective actions to affected areas that have down time, including conducting and writing impact assessment reports of incidents, exception work orders (EWOs), Equipment Non-conformance Reports (ENCRs). •Design, develop and sustain processes and procedures, including methods to train users • Utilize manufacturing software (e.g., RQMS, PLM) to update documentation in systems (e.g., Windchill) • Provide coaching and guidance to other technicians • On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period • Other incidental duties.) • Utilize CMMS software for the planification of preventive maintenance & to ensure all maintenance documentation and corrective maintenances are properly documented (e.g., MAXIMO). •Utilize COUPA to support the team in the procurement of Spare parts and goods for Equipment and Facilities Maintenance and Budget tracking.
