The Staff, Technical Project Manager (TPM) plays a critical role in driving complex, multi‑stakeholder technology initiatives that support the Enterprise Digital Campus vision. This role is responsible for end‑to-end program leadership across campus technology ecosystems—including Tech Spots, Conference Room Technology, Campus Enablement platforms, Me@Campus, CampusHub, and related digital workplace solutions. The TPM will partner closely with engineering, product, operations, infrastructure, networking, executive support, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user‑centric technology experiences across enterprise campuses. This role ensures strategic alignment, establishes program structure, manages risks and dependencies, and delivers outcomes that enable workplace productivity, collaboration, and operational excellence. The successful candidate brings strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience managing enterprise-scale programs. They will be accountable for driving clarity, ensuring execution discipline, and influencing cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and timelines. Requirements

  • 10+ years of Technical Management experience in a related industry, with ownership of programs/products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and project management.
  • 3+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules and significant business impact.
  • Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms, adept at communicating upwards, outwards, and downwards.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
  • Experience with project delivery for large, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with object-oriented development and design, preferably in both client and server development solutions.
  • Experience and proficiency with web technologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Domain expertise related to Technology Operations is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and effective communication.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools to monitor KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, addressing potential roadblocks to keep projects on schedule.
  • Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards, conducting thorough reviews to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Support discovery and product documentation, including hands-on requirements gathering and creation of PRDs.
  • Develop clear communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Proactively address project-related challenges, employing strong problem-solving skills to maintain momentum.
  • Drive adoption of industry-leading project management methodologies, refining processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with Program, Product, Business, and Design partners to plan work (by sprint and by quarter) and ensuring that engineering tech priorities are also included.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of the projects against approved milestones and timelines.
