The Staff, Technical Project Manager (TPM) plays a critical role in driving complex, multi‑stakeholder technology initiatives that support the Enterprise Digital Campus vision. This role is responsible for end‑to-end program leadership across campus technology ecosystems—including Tech Spots, Conference Room Technology, Campus Enablement platforms, Me@Campus, CampusHub, and related digital workplace solutions. The TPM will partner closely with engineering, product, operations, infrastructure, networking, executive support, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user‑centric technology experiences across enterprise campuses. This role ensures strategic alignment, establishes program structure, manages risks and dependencies, and delivers outcomes that enable workplace productivity, collaboration, and operational excellence. The successful candidate brings strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience managing enterprise-scale programs. They will be accountable for driving clarity, ensuring execution discipline, and influencing cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and timelines. About Team: Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Platform Experience (APEX). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.
