We drive technology vision, architecture, and design systems that deliver impact across the enterprise. We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex technical programs for LinkedIn’s Go-To-Market organization. This role requires strong technical depth, systems thinking, and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels. You will partner with Engineering, Business stakeholders, Product, Legal, Security and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that create a best-in-class experience for Sellers, Customer Success, Global Support and LinkedIn’s members and customers in over 200 countries. As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will drive programs across 3rd Party Tools and Go-To-Market platforms that drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across the organization. You will be expected to leverage AI-enabled tools, and support the delivery of scalable AI-powered capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical programs and demonstrating technical leadership. This includes strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to align cross functional teams and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes. Strong business acumen , product intuition, and technical depth are required to enable you to engage meaningfully with product and engineering teams.. Analytical rigor, structured problem-solving, and comfort operating in ambiguity are essential. Experience contributing to or leading the development and productionization of AI-enabled products or capabilities is highly valued.
