Drives execution of large‑scale, highly complex Search Frontend (Search Browse) programs by identifying customer discovery needs; developing and communicating priorities and roadmaps; removing execution blockers; defining performance and quality standards; and continuously optimizing delivery. Partners closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Platform, and Data teams to deliver fast, intuitive, accessible, and scalable search and browse experiences across Walmart’s web and mobile platforms. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. We’re looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the most critical and complex frontend initiatives end‑to‑end—operating at the intersection of UX, frontend architecture, performance engineering, experimentation, and platform integration.
