  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design.
  • We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Program & Portfolio Leadership Own a portfolio of complex, interdependent frontend programs aligned to pre‑transaction KPIs (engagement, conversion, performance) and experience quality (accessibility, reliability).
  • Translate product & UX strategy into multi‑quarter execution roadmaps spanning web, iOS/Android apps, design systems, experimentation platforms, and platform dependencies (CMS, identity, ads, catalog, personalization).
  • Lead cross‑surface initiatives that unify patterns and performance across Homepage, SRP, Browse, PDP, UGC, Lists & Registry, and Navigation/Discovery frameworks.
  • Architecture & Technical Leadership Partner with engineering and architecture to guide foundational frontend decisions across UI architecture, state management, rendering strategies, caching, and component design.
  • Drive modernization initiatives (e.g., framework upgrades, design‑system adoption, scalable component patterns).
  • Lead technical/design reviews to simplify complexity and ensure long-term maintainability.
  • Oversee experimentation at scale—running A/B and multivariate tests across key surfaces, defining/monitoring KPIs, ensuring statistical rigor, and synthesizing insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Cross‑Functional Influence & Execution Excellence Align Engineering, Product, Design, Mobile, Platform, SEO, Accessibility, Analytics, Merchandising, and Marketing on shared CX outcomes.
