About The Position

They collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions. Emphasizing rigorous statistical methods and clear data visualization, the team ensures effective communication of findings. Committed to continuous learning and innovation, members follow best practices and emerging technologies to deliver impactful results aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in stakeholder identification, engagement, and relationship management to align priorities and ensure program success.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide fact-based decision-making and impact analysis.
  • Effective communication skills to deliver clear, concise reports and facilitate alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing program risks, budgets, and timelines while driving execution of medium-scale, complex technical programs.
  • Technical knowledge of system design, cloud infrastructure, and software lifecycle management to support scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple interdependent projects, resolving ambiguity and driving continuous improvement.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and align program stakeholders by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and communication cadences throughout program execution.
  • Analyze data and synthesize insights to identify risks, propose solutions, and drive fact-based decision-making for program success.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and updates effectively to various teams and stakeholders using tailored communication methods.
  • Monitor multiple projects against milestones, manage dependencies, and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Translate technical requirements into scalable system designs and oversee implementation of operational excellence frameworks.
  • Drive program planning, secure team commitments, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
