About The Position
MBSE Systems Engineer - GWS Program On-site in Huntsville, AL Target salary range: $120,000 - $160,000.00 Active Secret Clearance Required to Start Responsibilities: Contribute to systems engineering efforts on large, complex defense systems Develop, manage, and trace requirements using IBM DOORS Support system verification and technical planning activities Collaborate with integrated product teams and design engineers across the program Assume a technical leadership role in architecture or requirements-related initiatives Participate in peer reviews, design meetings, and formal milestone events Work independently or as part of a collaborative MBSE team in a fast-paced development environment Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 4+ years of experience Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance (required at time of hire) Strong background in systems engineering and verification Experience using IBM DOORS for requirements management Ability to lead or support technical efforts within a systems engineering discipline Demonstrated experience working independently and within cross-functional teams Familiarity with system-of-systems design in a defense or aerospace environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with JIRA for issue and task tracking 2+ years of experience on the GWS or GMD programs Prior work on MDA or missile defense efforts Experience delivering MBSE products in support of system architecture and verification Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer What to Expect Moseley Technical Services, Inc. Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 4+ years of experience
