About The Position

Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to plan, develop, improve, and implement processes and systems to ensure world class and consistent performance throughout the GSCO organization. The position reports to the Global Supply Chain Solution Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, standardize, and implement Supply Chain Management processes, rules and B2b process across sites.
  • Improve, document, and standardize B2B process across sites.
  • Analyze System Issue to fix data/system anomalies from existing processes and data structures, as well as to lead to improvements in B2B and supply chain processes.
  • Drive, implement system and/or process enhancements.
  • Analysis of B2B data & Process with the goal to streamline B2B Process and Maintenance.
  • Work closely with Product Engineering, Business Units, Quality, and IT Teams to get information correctly in the supply chain, process documentation and process improvement.
  • Proactively support in planning, organization and implementation of Global Supply Chain Projects and Process deployments
  • Provide training for the use of MESLITE/Data Exchange and related systems.
  • Provide training for new B2BProjects and /or B2BProcess deployments.
  • Conversion test cycles and go live support for B2BProject go-lives.
  • Initiate, drive, and participate in the integration of acquired companies and integrating their processes, systems, inventory, and Documents into existing supply chain systems.
  • Document as needed Processes and Systems for training, education, communication, and process improvement purposes.
  • Data query and extractions on Oracle databases using SQL Oracle Developer
  • Creation, set-up, analysis and maintenance of parts and supply chains for business.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with various departments in the organization for data gathering and coordination.
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Perform Project/Program Management function for special projects when required.
  • Coordinate resolution of escalated issues
  • Coach and mentor Business Process Specialist and newly hire Business Analyst in root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions and solutions to issues.
