Staff Supervisor - Assessment & Diagnostic Program Staff Supervisor - FreshSTART Annual compensation up to $47,000 depending on qualifications; additional incentives available up to $6,000 annually. As a Full-time Staff Supervisor, you will perform and supervise the delivery of Resident care under the direction of the Program Manager. You will serve as a positive role model for Residents to observe and learn socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors. Also, you will supervise direct care staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues.
Requirements
- The selected candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a Human Services field OR an associate's degree and at least three months experience working with children OR a High School Diploma or GED with at least six months working with children.
Nice To Haves
- Preference will be given to candidates who have a bachelor's degree plus 2 years full time experience in a human service field, at least 1 of which is in a children's residential facility OR High School Diploma plus 3 or more years experience in the human service field with at least 1 year in a children's residential facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise the delivery of Resident care under the direction of the Program Manager.
- Serve as a positive role model for Residents to observe and learn socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors.
- Supervise direct care staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues.
