Staff Solutions Architect (Airwallex US, LLC, San Francisco, CA) Drive thought leadership and build executive relationships with key business and technical stakeholders. Develop white paper / competitor studies / support "how to win" strategy development with the enterprise commercial, strategy, and marketing teams. Own pre-sales activities for strategic customers from technical perspectives, owning RFP process and develop proof of concepts. Function as the voice of the customer to inform our product team of insights, trends, and opportunities across the markets. Perform end-to-end implementation delivery for the strategic accounts. Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning. Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business. financial. or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Maintain and update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods. Provide staff and users with assistance solving data-related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems. Analyze information processing or computation needs and plan and design computer systems, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling, and information engineering. Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles. Specify inputs accessed by computer system and plan the distribution and use of the results. Expand or modify computer system to serve new purposes or improve workflow. Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to train staff and users to work with computer information and data systems and programs. Define the goals of computer system and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs.
