You will identify critical paths and make high-stakes technical calls to keep the organization moving efficiently. Balance Coding & Leadership: Maintain a projected division of roughly 70% contributing high-quality code and 30% driving technical alignment. You will be expected to ship individually while unblocking the wider team. Drive Execution: Lead the development of complex initiatives by chunking and sequencing work to maximize parallelization. You will be responsible for maintaining high throughput and ensuring features reach production without unnecessary delays.
