Focused on delivering world-class experiences and software solutions for Contact Centers and our customers. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will set the tone of engineering-excellence and drive processes and standards within the team. You will lead the design of complex software changes and take on the development of exciting new features. In addition, you will partner with your senior and junior teammates throughout the software development lifecycle to cultivate a reciprocal learning environment from development to debugging and operational excellence.
