About The Position

Lead rapid prototyping and proof -of -concept development Build thin, end -to -end implementations to validate emerging technologies Translate abstract ideas into scalable technical solutions Drive automation and developer productivity initiatives Partner with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership Support planning, prioritization, and delivery of high -quality code Promote best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 10+ years full stack software engineering experience
• Strong coding in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, or similar
• Cloud platforms. AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Microservices and distributed systems architecture
• CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, AI agents, or prompt workflows
• Databases. SQL, NoSQL, object, or graph
• Technical documentation and architecture diagrams
• Deep experience in systems architecture and platform design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast -moving environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Proven record delivering enterprise -scale impact
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
