Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 4-6+ years in software development; 1+ years in team leadership
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, PHP, Laravel, AWS, and Terraform
• Experience with Docker, distributed systems, and both relational/non-relational databases
• Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience building internal tooling with Angular
• Passion for learning new technologies and driving innovation
• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area

• Lead feature implementation and delivery in an agile lifecycle
• Architect, code, and test scalable backend solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance
• Manage programming tasks and prioritize with your manager
• Document software components and recommend improvements
• Stay current with development tools and best practices
• Mentor and support team members
