Galileo Financial Technologies, LLC seeks Staff Software Engineer in San Francisco, CA: Job Duties: Lead the development and testing of our systems and services. Participate in shaping the technical architecture of the product. Help translate user stories into technical solutions. Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment. Mentor other engineers, support the technical culture, and help grow the team. Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies. Communicate with project leads, product managers and other software developers across the organization. Collaborate and build a strong relationships with product and design. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Galileo offices in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field, OR Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
