We’re looking for a Staff Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, platform, and scale. In this role, you’ll operate as a subject matter expert and technical leader across domains, guiding the architecture and implementation of systems that impact millions of members. You’ll shape technical strategy, influence product direction, and drive cross-team initiatives that materially improve the member experience and the engineering craft at Chime. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $198,990 and up to $281,900. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
