About The Position

Are you a systems-minded engineer who thrives on designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces? Do you enjoy translating complex data into seamless user experiences that drive clarity and impact? Are you excited to leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, and ChatGPT) to innovate across the full development stack? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team. The Reporting team at Ridgeline supports both customer-facing operational reports and cross-functional internal data needs. As a Staff Software Engineer on this team, you will lead architectural efforts, enhance infrastructure performance, and build scalable reporting frameworks that influence product direction and customer experience. You'll be instrumental in enabling our customers to generate rich, dynamic reports for their clients-transforming data into actionable insights and polished deliverables. With exciting user features and critical platform enhancements on the roadmap, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping Ridgeline's product offerings for the investment management industry. At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions-not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If the Ridgeline Way excites you, we'd love to meet you. You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
