As a Staff Software Engineer, you will define the architectural vision for the platform where every customer journey begins. You are not just building the "front door" for our global network, you are designing the blueprint for how it opens, scales, and secures the future of finance. We are transforming our Customer Onboarding Platform into a modern, engineering-owned ecosystem. You will lead the strategic initiative to decouple complex business logic from Salesforce, designing a robust, cloud-native service architecture from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to unwind years of technical debt and author the technical roadmap that powers onboarding for everything from Ripple Payments to our new Stablecoin.
