Staff Software Engineer, Demand Intelligence
About The Position
Demand Intelligence and Sales Productivity team thrive at the intersection of analytics and go-to-market strategy. We develop cutting-edge solutions that empower sales teams with real-time market intelligence and productivity tools, helping them discover new opportunities, build stronger client relationships, and exceed targets. What you’ll do: Design and implement agentic AI systems to empower sales teams and optimize workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions. Develop and maintain highly available services and efficient data pipelines. Build tools that enhance efficiency and generate demand through adoption and usage. Mentor and guide engineers, coach and up-level engineers while fostering effective cross-functional alignment and collaboration. What we’re looking for: BS (or higher) degree in Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of relevant industry experience in leading the design of large scale & production systems. Extensive, hands-on expertise working with AdTech and a deep understanding of demand systems. Advanced knowledge with at least one state-of-art programming language (Java, C++, Python). Deep knowledge with building distributed systems batch and streaming systems. Strong product intuition for digital and mobile app advertising. Individuals looking to work in a close, collaborative group to drive success of key business metrics.
Requirements
- BS (or higher) degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
