Requirements
- BS (or higher) degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience in leading the design of large scale & production systems.
- Extensive, hands-on expertise working with AdTech and a deep understanding of demand systems.
- Advanced knowledge with at least one state-of-art programming language (Java, C++, Python).
- Deep knowledge with building distributed systems batch and streaming systems.
- Strong product intuition for digital and mobile app advertising.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI systems to empower sales teams and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.
- Develop and maintain highly available services and efficient data pipelines.
- Build tools that enhance efficiency and generate demand through adoption and usage.
- Mentor and guide engineers, coach and up-level engineers while fostering effective cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
