About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Chief of Plant Operations III, assists with Plant Opeartions activities, Public Works Contracts, and Special Repair Contracts. Provides administrative support and analysis in a variety of areas including but not limited to public works contract administration including Minority, Women and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements, quality assurance, code requirements related to Licensing and Enviromental Health, Accredition Council, Minor, Major and Special Repair projects, budget submittals, surveys, and procurement. This position is not eligible for telework, this position is in person only. Effective July 1, 2025, State employees are subject to a salary reduction of three (3) percent in exchange for five (5) hours per month of the Personal Leave. Requirements

  • Must possess and maintain sufficient strength, agility and endurance to perform the duties contained in this duty statement.
  • Must be able to work on a personal computer exteneded period of time.
  • Must require extended or flexible work hours to provide efficient services to a 24-hour facility.
  • Interested individuals with no eligibility must take and pass the Staff Services Analyst examination to establish list eligibility.
