Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Staff Services Analyst (General) performs a wide variety of telephone duties and analytical tasks and serves as the primary liaison between CalVCB and claimants/victims, service providers, victim witness organizations, law enforcement, attorneys, and the public. This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in-person at least one day per week. This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year. Failure to comply with the Conflict of Interest Code requirements may void the appointment.
