About The Position

The Financial Services Department is looking to fill a full-time, permanent Staff Service Analyst position in Patient Benefits Office and will be directed by the Staff Services Manager I. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to: Applying for eligible medical benefits, including Social Security Medicare when appropriate and participating in Medicare open enrollments. Research issues relating to Medicare eligibility and third-party private payor request. Accurately process admission paperwork for incoming patients. Ability to analyze reports and recognize discrepancies. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of tracking databases related to admission, discharges, and medical benefits. Basic proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook email. Applications may be screened and only the most qualified candidates will be invited for an interview.
