We are seeking an experienced Staff Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to optimize our Salesforce platform for provisioning processes. This role offers flexibility to work remotely within the United States, with a preference for candidates based near our San Jose, CA office who can participate in a hybrid schedule (3 days per week onsite). Reporting to the Director, Digital Transformation - Provisioning, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
10+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused roles with expertise in Sales Cloud and SaaS provisioning or order management workflows
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation for provisioning processes, with the ability to design scalable, technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align business needs with technical solutions
U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree or Salesforce certifications
Experience with SaaS software provisioning for complex product solutions
Proficiency in architecture solutioning and complex problem solving

Responsibilities

Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to provisioning and sales operations
Guiding and validating the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
Streamlining and automating provisioning workflows across Salesforce and Zscaler platforms to enhance pre-sales and post-sales enablement
Serving as a liaison between business teams and technical developers, ensuring alignment on requirements and providing user documentation and training
Monitoring provisioning workflows using Salesforce and Tableau analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending data-driven enhancements
