About The Position

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is currently seeking energetic, compassionate, collegiate, RNs to join our Cardiac Stroke Telemetry Unit. This 36-bed unit has a patient population that include open heart, post vascular surgeries, intermediate care, stroke and telemetry. .6 FTE (48 hours per biweekly pay period) 12 Hour Shifts Day

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington. (May be a multi-State license from a Compact state or a Washington license.)
• BLS & ACLS required.
• Two-years experience Progressive Cardiac Care/Telemetry experience required.
• RNs hired into units that require a competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation will be required to take a rhythm assessment in their first week. This will include standard cardiac rhythms, dysrhythmias and paced rhythms.
• COVID-19 vaccination requirement: After October 18, 2021 all Washington state healthcare employees, contractors and volunteers will be required to provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization as a condition of employment. You must provide this proof before your first day of employment with Overlake. Please remember to bring your COVID-19 immunization card to your pre-hire health screening with our Employee Health team.
