Job overview and responsibilities Manages key Flight Operations technology projects. Is responsible for financial, operational, quality and regulatory performance of the assigned project. Organizes all aspects of the project including interdepartmental collaboration, resources, schedules and tasks. Understands key flight operations business drivers while working with minimal level of guidance on projects impacting the pilot group and flight operations bases.

Requirements

  • BA or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years in Flight Operations or Project Management
  • Knowledge of Flight Operations
  • Project Management experience or certification
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization, employees, and outside vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills including use of email, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Nice To Haves

  • Thorough knowledge of FOX scheduling practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of pilot training requirements and qualifications
  • Knowledge of pilot UPA, specifically sections related to training
  • 1+ year in an operational environment, interfacing with different departments and levels of leadership
  • Experience in development of documenting process, procedure, and requirements, as they relate to operational system programming and updates.
  • Experience in publishing applications related to guidance documents, such as InDesign or Oxygen.
