About The Position
The position involves developing and driving QA tests, formulating testing strategies and test plans, and implementing them across Pareto's product offerings. The role requires contributing to test automation to report regressions, streamline QA timelines, and validate complex tests for a distributed system. Collaboration is key, as the position entails working closely with engineering teams to understand new functionality changes and identify the best ways to validate them. The candidate will also work with big data, help verify new product features, and ensure that the product is delivered with the highest quality. A strong advocacy for quality and usability with a focus on the end user is essential. Additionally, the role includes finding, troubleshooting, and tracking bugs to resolution, while ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information for both themselves and their team. Other responsibilities may be determined based on business needs.
