About The Position

Front Line Mobile Health is a Veteran-Owned company built on the mission of serving those who serve. We design health and wellness programs for public safety professionals (firefighters, law enforcement, EMS) that tackle the three leading causes of death: cardiovascular disease, cancer, and suicide. We’re not a typical healthcare company—we bring the clinic to the field. Through mobile events and onsite screenings, we deliver “good medicine in bad places,” using data-driven insights to help departments protect their people. Our team includes physicians, PAs, NPs, and specialists with deep military and public safety roots. We’re a start-up scaling fast. That means rolling up your sleeves, problem-solving on the fly, and pitching in wherever needed. If you’re driven, reliable, and not afraid of hard work, you’ll thrive here. Our Values: CARES Competency Advocacy Respect Empathy Solutions-Based And above all—be a good dude/dudette: compassionate, optimistic, and willing to jump in to help your team. This is a full-time, salaried, mobile role based in Central Texas. You'll be traveling to mobile events and/or our clinic locations to conduct annual health screenings for first responders. No ongoing patient-provider relationship, no prescribing - just focused, high-quality preventive care that makes a difference.
