Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in preparing project deliverables with attention to detail
  • Reliable and flexible in style of work
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize deadlines and tasks with a positive attitude
  • Power user of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe In-Design and Photoshop
  • Experience with Database Programs
  • Team player

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer 2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally with an engineering firm or other subcontractor

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with clients and Project Managers
  • Expand ability to anticipate the project needs and interpret input from the team
  • Develop knowledge of the construction industry
  • Provide quality control for project documents for formatting, proofreading, and conformance with PAE's graphical standards
  • Facilitate construction administration activities
  • Track deadlines, action items, RFIs, submittals
  • Assist with project documentation, meeting setup, and deliverables
  • Utilize tools within the project quality management plan (QMP)
  • Assist with new Project Coordinator mentorship
  • Assist with updating master documents

  • Hiring Base Salary Range: $59,400-$77,200 annual
  • This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay
