Within the GPO, the One Google Procurement Enablement team focuses on enabling GPO's goal through impactful cross(x)-GPO programs, fostering operational excellence, innovation, and proactive risk management to deliver Google-wide value.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
• Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements; including experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects.

• Experience managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to final execution and delivery.
• Experience developing and implementing project management best practices and methodologies across an organization.
• Experience using data and KPIs to measure project performance and drive decision-making.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage project teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge communication between technical teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align programs and projects with GPO's overall goals, and ensure individual projects contribute to the broader objectives of GPO.
• Support management of resources across various projects and optimization of resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization and prioritization of tasks.
• Help identify and manage risks that may impact project delivery or program success, and work to resolve issues and mitigate risks promptly.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, and ensure transparency while keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and changes.
• Monitor the performance of various programs and projects, tracking key metrics, and generate reports for leadership to make informed decisions; this includes evaluating project outcomes against predefined goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
