The People Programs team develops skills, inspires connection, and motivates high performance at every level of Discord. We create experiences that help Discordians grow their capabilities, connect with our mission, and build meaningful careers — all oriented around building a high-performance organization. Our work spans Learning Experience, Employee Engagement, and Talent Management. As our Staff Program Manager, Leadership Enablement, you'll own the manager and leadership development pillar of that strategy. You'll be responsible for the programs, tools, and experiences that shape how people leaders at Discord learn, grow, and show up for their teams — from new managers finding their footing to senior leaders navigating complex organizational challenges. This is a high-visibility role where your work will directly influence how leadership shows up across the company. This role reports to the Sr. Director, People Programs.
