Our Emerging Technology team drives transformation across Fox by designing and deploying cutting-edge AI, automation, and machine learning capabilities that power how we build, create, and collaborate. Fox Corporation is seeking a Staff Product Strategist to join our AI Solutions team within Emerging Technology. This is a hands-on strategy role focused on driving AI adoption across FOX by turning promising ideas into real-world impact. You’ll scope generative AI use cases, pilot advanced tools, and help teams—from production to execs—unlock productivity and creativity through AI-driven solutions. As a key member of the team, you’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Design, Legal, and business partners across FOX News, Sports, Entertainment, Tubi, and more to translate complexity into meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in product strategy, product ops, consulting, or technical program management
Proven ability to launch 0→1 pilots or MVPs, working across design, product, and engineering
Familiarity with AI/ML models, prompt engineering, and AI-powered dev tools—especially Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT
Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed orgs—ideally in media, entertainment, or tech
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for enabling teams through AI
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

Experience deploying AI/ML tools in media or entertainment environments
Familiarity with data privacy or legal implications of GenAI use
Background in UX research or product design
Experience working in a fast-paced startup or innovation lab setting

Responsibilities

AI Tool Evaluation & Enablement Identify and evaluate AI/ML models and emerging tools (e.g., LLMs, ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) based on business needs
Stay on the pulse of GenAI trends, evaluating tools and sharing actionable insights across the org
AI Adoption & Workflow Integration Translate ambiguous user ideas into scoped AI use cases and prototype paths
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Design teams to implement and scale AI-enabled workflows
Enable and expand the use of AI-powered coding tools (e.g. GitHub CoPilot, Cursor) across FOX developer teams to streamline coding and prototyping
Assist teams with onboarding and integrating AI-powered tools into their workflows
Support AI adoption through MVPs, cross-functional partnerships, and user enablement
Identify and scale workflows that can benefit additional FOX business units
Training, Communication & Advocacy Create and maintain internal documentation, tutorials, and training materials
Lead training sessions to ensure tools meet user needs and deliver impact
Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for AI-driven development practices
Monitor adoption rates and effectiveness of AI tooling across FOX
Demos, Feedback & Cross-functional Collaboration Build and deliver demos and internal case studies that show what’s possible with AI
Present pilot results and enablement outcomes to stakeholders ranging from engineers to execs
Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product Designers to integrate user feedback into scalable offerings
