About The Position

We are looking for a Product Marketing Messaging Strategist to drive the storytelling behind our quarterly product launches. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, product management, marketing, and enablement. You'll be responsible for transforming detailed product information into simple, compelling narratives that connect with both internal field teams and external audiences. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic storyteller and content creator-able to zoom out and align with our company's top-down messaging strategy, while also zooming in deep into a technically diverse product set with diverse buying personas.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and impactful messages for a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to clearly communicate with senior management, program stakeholders, and business unit leaders
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team skills to lead staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
  • Possesses a high sense of ownership and accountability, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to completion
  • An analytical and detail-oriented professional with a passion for building scalable processes that improve team efficiency and project clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Craft overarching launch narratives: Develop a unified, clear, and consistent storyline for quarterly releases that resonates across field, customer, and prospect audiences.
  • Translate product detail into narrative: Take bottoms-up feature information and distill technical details into content that is engaging and easy to understand while connecting it to customer pain points, industry trends, and overarching messaging.
  • Create High-Impact Content: Develop high-impact launch assets by distilling technical complexity into engaging presentations, multimedia content, and speaker notes.
  • Build and Refine Processes: Create and drive a scalable framework and process to partner with leaders and their teams to ensure alignment from start to finish.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product Management, Field Enablement, and Marketing to ensure release narratives are aligned and impactful.
  • Maintain consistency: Ensure all launch content reflects brand voice, positioning, and corporate narrative.
  • Measure effectiveness: Track and report on content engagement and adoption, using insights to continuously improve.
