CallRail is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for our Text Messaging features, a critical component of our unified Omni-Channel experience. In this pivotal role, you will define the vision and roadmap for positioning Messaging as a primary lead engagement tool. You will focus on enabling seamless transitions between text, calls, and automated workflows to extend our platform's capabilities far beyond traditional phone interactions. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements that directly solve complex customer pain points. This position is ideal for a self-motivated leader who thrives at the intersection of product strategy and deep technical understanding, specifically across marketing analytics, workflow automation, cross-platform (web/mobile) feature parity, and the infrastructure required to power scalable, omni-channel communication tools. You will be responsible for both setting the product direction and rolling up your sleeves to ensure successful, collaborative delivery with technical and design partners.
