About The Position

In this role, you will lead product strategy aimed at achieving significant revenue growth, specifically targeting $10B+. You will communicate product priorities and build consensus across teams, taking on leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner committed to outcomes. Your work will involve guiding projects through development to deliver high-quality products, integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. You will also be responsible for translating complex problems into understandable requirements and solutions, developing multi-mode communications tailored to different audiences, and promoting efforts across various groups while influencing both inside and outside your team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software product management experience.
• Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Strong prioritization skills and discipline to focus on high impact activities.
• Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.
• Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships.
• Drive solution development through big-picture solution development.
• Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels.
