About The Position

Staff Product Manager - (employer: Sirius XM Radio LLC; job location: Irving, TX) - Plan and execute product deployment throughout product lifecycle, including gathering, defining and prioritizing product and automotive OEM customer requirements. Collaborate externally with OEM Product teams and with internal SXM teams to clearly communicate and document the features, requirements and product status for APAC automotive programs. Provide subject matter expertise for automotive product features and functionality, and support development rollout and identify post-launch in-market issues that may impact customers and communicate them to appropriate teams. Generate and use periodic reports of customer metrics, and use reporting and analysis to measure success for assigned APAC programs. Provide status updates to stakeholders, including in-vehicle or test bench demos of product features and functionality to OEM's product, marketing, customer care, legal and corporate communication teams as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical or Telecommunications), Business, or Management, plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or another product manager position.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical or Telecommunications), Business, or Management, plus 5 years of post-Bachelor's progressive experience in the position offered or another product manager position.
• Experience shipping highly complex digital products and applications for electric automotive manufacturing sector.
• Understanding of technical platforms of electric vehicle, web and cloud.
• Experience defining and delivering product vision and strategy.
• Experience defining roadmap and customer scenarios.
• Experience working with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering scalable architecture that meets current needs and considers future growth scenarios.
• Experience defining KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact.
• Experience defining and executing against KSI.
• Experience performing software product definition and execution, data analysis.
• Experience working with SQL, Tableau, Excel, JIRA and Confluence.
