This role sits within the Pricing Anomaly Detection and Market Intelligence organization and is responsible for driving high-impact machine learning and GenAI-powered products. The position partners closely with business, engineering, data science, analytics, and legal teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that improve pricing accuracy, risk detection, and market insights.The ideal candidate is a strong product leader who can operate at both strategic and executional levels, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and own products end-to-end—from ideation through launch, measurement, and iteration. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agile development environment, or 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering machine learning products at scale, ideally in domains such as pricing, trust & safety, or risk detection.
  • Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience querying Hive and other large-scale data tables to derive insights.
  • Domain knowledge in e-commerce, retail, pricing, and/or analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution across the full product lifecycle, including PRDs, experimentation frameworks, impact dashboards, and launch plans.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to define product strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Solid technical understanding with the ability to influence engineering and data science decisions without direct authority.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with comfort communicating complex topics to both technical and executive audiences.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of machine learning and GenAI-driven products within Pricing, with a focus on anomaly detection and market intelligence.
  • Drive cross-functional product development by coordinating with business, engineering, data science, analytics, and legal stakeholders.
  • Own product lifecycle management, including problem definition, requirements, prioritization, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner closely with data science and engineering teams to influence technical design decisions and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct and oversee pre- and post-launch impact analysis, define success metrics, and build dashboards to measure business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with product launches and ongoing initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with executive leadership, including roadmap updates, business impact, and escalation management.
  • Provide executive-level support on time-sensitive and high-impact issues.
