Position: Staff Product Manager Job Location: 1 Customer Dr., Mail Stop #0215, Bentonville, AR 72716 Duties: Apply understanding of PaaS and IaaS environments, software quality assurance tools and processes, and emerging technology trends. Own business and user acceptance testing for simple products/features. Represent technology requirements and influence technology design decisions. Leverage understanding of product architecture, service interactions, databases, and cloud technologies. Apply insights from competitor products/services to assigned products. Engage with engineering teams and stakeholders to assess feasibility, evaluate risks, and prioritize features and capabilities. Build and manage a simple product roadmap using Agile methodologies and MVP approaches. Communicate roadmap features and timelines across cross-functional partners. Explore resource alternatives while navigating organizational constraints. Align stakeholders and manage backlog priorities with minimal guidance. Lead product/feature rollouts, scale using MVP principles, and iteratively optimize the product. Research and validate customer needs and expectations. Deliver customer value aligned with profitability goals. Build consistent customer connections and solicit feedback. Create journey maps and identify customer touchpoints. Identify and address gaps in product experience. Simplify and enhance processes to improve customer satisfaction. Own simple customer problems or product requirements. Contribute to new product ideas and value creation through first-principles thinking. Develop and communicate long-term product vision and strategy. Frame hypotheses, articulate problem statements, and guide team members toward rapid prototyping. Understand and support "Go-to-Market" strategies and user adoption levers. Conduct product and feature analytics independently or with minimal guidance. Collect, monitor, and structure data to identify simple trends and insights. Support the use of data analysis tools and documentation procedures. Assist in planning, designing, and implementing exploratory data analysis activities. Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 7 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management or related experience.
