About The Position

About the team: The CASPr Product plays a vital role within eCommerce, driving rapid delivery across Walmart US, Sam’s Club, and international markets. This team leads global vision, strategy, and product lifecycle management with a focus on customer satisfaction and consistent user experiences. Utilizing data-driven and agile methodologies, the team navigates complex environments to deliver an innovative product roadmap. Collaboration with design, operations, and supply chain partners ensures alignment and sustainable growth. The team advances cutting-edge product strategies and business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across regions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management within digital or software product environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment and communicate complex product visions clearly.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, utilizing analytics tools to inform product feature prioritization and optimization.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage new product development and deliver minimum viable products (MVPs) using Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer impact.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products,

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlogs to align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze product and feature data to derive insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively.
  • Lead product development lifecycle activities, including MVP creation, testing, and iterative enhancements.
  • Identify customer pain points through journey mapping and feedback to improve product experiences and satisfaction.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation and competitive positioning.
  • Manage product releases and scaling while balancing dependencies and organizational constraints.
