About the team: The CASPr Product Team is a key capability within eCommerce, driving rapid delivery across US Walmart, SAM’s Club, and international markets. The team leads global vision, strategy, and product lifecycle management, focusing on customer satisfaction, consistent user experiences, and innovative solutions. Emphasizing data-driven and agile approaches, the team navigates complex environments to deliver a world-class product roadmap. Collaboration with design, operations, and supply chain partners is central to its success, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment across regions while advancing cutting-edge product strategies and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management within complex environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, analytics, and applying insights to influence product direction.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, journey mapping, and process optimization to enhance product value.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, build consensus, and manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, AI, data science, and supply chain management to drive innovation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, MVP creation, and product development best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
  • 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products

Responsibilities

  • Influence and build consensus among stakeholders by communicating complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies to innovate and enhance product offerings.
  • Mentor team members on product lifecycle management and roadmap execution.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies to maximize product adoption and impact.
