About The Position

The Staff Product Manager for SIEM at Huntress is responsible for driving the success and expansion of the company's SIEM product, focusing on the needs of small to midsize businesses. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to set the product vision and strategy, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the product meets customer needs while being cost-effective. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a product management role with responsibility for SIEM products.
  • Demonstrated success in driving long-term vision and strategy.
  • Experience leading product innovation and launches.
  • Familiarity with agile development environments and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating epics and stories.
  • Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments.
  • Strong creative and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience building products for the SMB market is a significant benefit.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Familiarity with SaaS product offerings.
  • Knowledge of user experience design principles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CTO in driving the success and expansion of the SIEM product.
  • Set the SIEM product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Portfolio Leader and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis to inform strategy and pricing.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into innovative solutions.
  • Create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories for product specifications.
  • Prioritize features based on product strategy and market needs.
  • Participate in all phases of product development from discovery to launch.
  • Manage the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Drive product launches and gather customer feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Serve as an intermediary between engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct user experience testing and derive insights for product improvement.
  • Provide product metrics to evaluate the success of the product strategy.
