About The Position

As a Staff Product Manager focusing on Groups, you will drive the strategy and execution of post-booking experiences, ensuring operational workflows are efficient, scalable, and customer-friendly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including contracting, support, revenue operations, and engineering, to identify bottlenecks, implement automation, and optimize internal and customer-facing tools. Your insights and leadership will directly influence operational efficiency, revenue capture, and overall satisfaction for both internal users and external clients. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, operations-focused product roles, or tooling-focused positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex, manual workflows and turn them into scalable, intuitive product experiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to partner with operations, contracting, support, and revenue teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics to guide decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Experience with internal tools, admin workflows, or AI-driven automation is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create clear presentations and reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for post-booking processes, ensuring scalable and seamless experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Contracting, Support, RevOps, Engineering) to identify inefficiencies and prioritize solutions.
  • Own automation initiatives and tooling enhancements to reduce cycle times, increase productivity, and lower operational costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as contract cycle time, commission collection, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve internal workflows and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate on designing and delivering innovative solutions that integrate technology, AI, and automation where appropriate.
  • Provide guidance on workflow best practices and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
