Mission As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of: Product Content Strategy: Craft and execute innovative strategies to deliver accurate, compelling travel content and powerful mapping capabilities, ensuring Engine offers best-in-class conversion and pricing foundations across flights, cars, and lodging. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, data science, front-end product teams, and partner-facing teams to unlock new opportunities and deliver seamless, content-rich experiences for travelers and partners. Platform & Systems Ownership: Lead the evolution of our horizontal content and mapping platforms—spanning suppliers, rate providers, and internal tools—to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability for all travel verticals. Insight-Driven Decision Making: Provide exceptional product insight by leveraging data, experimentation, and user behavior, ensuring every improvement to Engine’s content ecosystem drives measurable impact on conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Bring to Engine: We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of hands-on product management experience, including owning roadmap and outcomes for backend or platform products; experience in travel, marketplaces, or high-scale content/catalog systems is a strong plus.
  • Skills: You’re a problem-solver with a strong product craft, comfortable defining strategy and translating it into clear, prioritized roadmaps. You collaborate deeply with engineering, data, and design, and you know how to drive impact through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, operate as the “CEO” of your area, and work cross-functionally with multiple verticals (flights, hotels, cars, groups, partners) to deliver reliable, scalable content experiences that move our core business metrics.

Nice To Haves

  • Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you’re fluent in SQL and familiar with working on highly technical domains (e.g., mapping, inventory, ranking, or other data-heavy systems), and have experience partnering closely with data scientists and analysts.
