About The Position

The Cloud Infrastructure Systems Engineering team at ServiceNow is currently seeking a Staff Product Manager to help build the products and infrastructure that’s the foundation of the Now Platform – making Work work Better for People. We’re looking for a skilled Product Manager who can help craft the technology and processes needed to sustain ServiceNow’s growth while gaining valuable experience in a modern cloud operating environment What you get to do in this role: Collect, synthesize and report data in an easy to digest format. work with teams to document current processes and needs and partner with product management in crafting strategic roadmaps and plans. Collaborate with engineering teams on ad hoc analysis needs within department. Collect and manage project requirements Support teams with project coordination activities like planning, milestone creation, dependency tracking, issue tracking, statusing, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 8+ years of product management experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Product management experience with Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure technologies
  • Ability to adapt and operate in a fast-paced tech organization
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
  • Experience gathering and capturing product requirements and transforming them into technology plans and product roadmaps
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
