About The Position

This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the core user experiences of a leading platform used by millions globally. You will work on designing innovative, AI-ready, and system-wide experiences, driving both strategic vision and detailed execution. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to influence product direction, elevate design standards, and explore new interaction patterns. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product or service design, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, or related field with relevant years of experience).
• Proven expertise in designing complex, multi-workflow SaaS products.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and implementation of inclusive design practices.
• Demonstrated ability to create AI-ready UX patterns and contribute to platform-wide design initiatives.
• Strong visual, interaction, and UX design skills with a portfolio showcasing high-quality craft and impactful projects.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Curiosity and adaptability to emerging technologies, including AI and Large Language Models.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape high-quality product experiences with a clear design vision, making intentional choices to guide product direction.
• Advance the design system, incorporating system thinking and information architecture, and integrating AI-driven UX patterns where applicable.
• Serve as a tastemaker by exploring innovative styles, setting trends, and pushing design boundaries.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to test ideas and implement solutions.
• Produce interactive prototypes and ensure high-fidelity implementation in partnership with engineering teams.
• Craft compelling storytelling and visual design to communicate user experience and product vision effectively.
• Deliver accessible, inclusive, and brand-aligned designs while maintaining high standards of quality and usability.
