About The Position

Facilitate Process Change Review Board Meetings. Align and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for the Process Change Review Board. Lead local and global projects aimed at refining the Process Change Review Board business process. Serve as the application owner, providing training, feedback, and solutions for resolving issues within the team. Implement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades. Foster a culture of internal and external customer focus throughout the organization. Maintain the integrity of the QMS/business process during planned changes, ensuring customer requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Conversion Business Process experience or exposure
• Semiconductor Industry Knowledge
• 2 years of semiconductor experience strongly preferred
• One year of experience working with Process Change Review Board or Conversion Management Business Process in HVM environment strongly preferred
• Experience with basic automation (excel, tableau, RPA - Robotic Process Automation, or python)
