Competitive Salary of $250,536-$349,544 annually Who you are: We are seeking dedicated Staff Physician – Family Medicine for a Full or Part Time role working in a clinical setting. As a member of the health care team, the Staff Physician provides primary care services at MACT clinics in accordance with accepted standards of medical practice. This includes comprehensive medical services for patients of all ages and genders.. The Staff Physician will: Provide primary health care under standardized protocols in accordance with the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance Deliver high-quality care within the scope of training and experience Assist in developing care standards to meet accreditation requirements Foster cooperation with local, state, and national health organizations Maintain hospital privileges Conduct patient examinations and medical histories Analyze diagnostic results and determine treatment Prescribe medications and promote preventive health practices Administer immunizations and supervise the immunization program Refer patients for specialized care and report public health concerns Maintain SOAP-format medical records and utilize RPMS system Complete required documentation such as superbills Serve on clinic committees and participate in quality improvement Collaborate with other providers on patient care Exercise clinical judgment in emergencies and notify Medical Director Report critical public health incidents to appropriate authorities Ensure timely reporting and documentation of incidents Demonstrate dependability and punctuality Maintain positive working relationships
