About The Position

Rubrik is looking for a strategic, experienced Staff Partner Product Manager to drive Rubrik's product integrations with partners. The Partner Product Manager will create the product integration strategy and be responsible for executing it. They must understand the market landscape, competitive dynamics, and future trends, then use those inputs to create synergistic solutions with partners. They will also work with the go-to-market teams to launch and sell those solutions. The ideal candidate has deep product management experience, ideally in the enterprise IT space. Technical fluency is a strict requirement for this role, as the solutions involved are technically complex.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in product management and/or partner management
• 12+ Years of overall work experience
• MBA strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing strategic plans
• Technical fluency in enterprise IT (cloud and on-prem)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals
