About The Position

The Contractor shall provide and execute a detailed phase-in transition plan, not to exceed 14 calendar days, ensuring minimal to no disruption to SASP Support. The Contractor will coordinate with the incumbent Contractor and the Government to complete onboarding, obtain required access and equipment, review documentation and procedures, and assume full operational responsibility within the established transition period.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • 1 year of experience
  • Associate degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare comprehensive briefings and reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a detailed transition methodology in logical sequence to ensure a smooth transition of all tasks and subtasks without interruption or degradation of service levels.
  • Coordinate and interface with the Government throughout the transition process.
  • Identify key transition events and objectives with a corresponding completion timeline.
  • Identify associated risks and issues, along with risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify key personnel participating in the transition effort.
  • Complete all administrative and transition requirements within the 14-calendar-day phase-in period.
  • Overlap with the incumbent Contractor to ensure continuity of service.
  • Onboard new Contractor staff and accept turnover of system documentation.
  • Work with the COR to obtain required network accounts, permissions, CACs, GFE, desktop software installations/configurations, and any other materials or access needed.
  • Become familiar with task performance requirements, sustainment efforts, and processes to commence full performance within the required timeframe.
  • Transfer accountability of Government-furnished equipment and tools.
  • Review standard operating procedures and interface with appropriate Government leadership and staff.
