Tesla’s Cathode Advanced Manufacturing team is developing and scaling LFP cathode material production-scale processes for next generation energy and vehicle products. As a cathode materials chemist/engineer, you will develop/optimize material recipes and synthesis steps at lab scale, assist with technology transfer to pilot scale, and support manufacturing plant basic engineering design. You will work closely with the process development and electrode/cell development team to accelerate technology development from lab to production scale for dry electrode. Success in this role requires strong LFP material synthesis skills and dry electrode development knowledge.
