Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering, geology, or science related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of products
- Able to conduct some fieldwork with heavy lifting
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct field activities, including collecting samples of various environmental media (soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, and air)
- Participate in environmental investigation programs, including Phase l/ll Environmental Site Assessments
- Invoice/budget preparation and budget tracking
- Data compilation, reduction, and interpretation
- Evaluate environmental regulations
- Prepare environmental reports
- Contractor liaison/oversight for investigation and remedial programs
- Problem-solving using standard engineering / scientific methods
- Coordinate project tasks, implementing fieldwork, and participating in remedial design efforts
- Demonstrate effective analytical, interpretive, time, and project management skills
